MOC Narrative is a product specifically designed to reduce wasted mailing packs when prospecting for new customers.
It can use data and information from either client generated acquisition or external sources, such as rented affinity lists. Data may also incorporate modelled data sets.
Although an IT product, it is marketing driven. The approach is based on customer value management, not purely response generation. Organisations which can only measure R.O.I. based on single campaigns separated in time miss an important calculation on the cost of acquiring a customer over time. The cost of acquiring some customers is simply too high as they do not provide sufficient pay back.
MOC Narrative incorporates a lifetime value model which enables a decision to mail or suppress an individual prospect. Customers are acquired at a much lower cost, giving greater return to the organisation.
